Bruss did not have the bone in New York strip steak available for the cutting. We did cut the items that they did bring us. I would like to comment on Bruss's packaging, The fillet was compressed square and the Beef rib steak was not sealed at all. When I requested the pricing from Bruss they replied that they could not be competitive unless they serviced more that one unit. |
